DONGGUAN YANLUN ELECTRIC Co., Ltd Is the factory of SHENZHEN BAOKEZHEN ELECTRONICS

SHENZHEN BAOKEZHEN ELECTRONICS Co., Ltd establish in July 2001, it passed the ISO9001, ISO14001 international system. Main products are micro switches, rocker switches, rotary switches, push button switches, keyboard switches, slide switches, lever switches, solenoid pumps and solenoid valves, power sockets, power tools, which compliant with UL, ENEC, VDE, DERKA(KEMA), SEMKO, CB, CQC, TUV certification. In 2023, micro switch obtained the certificate of IATF16949: 2016 in automotive industry.
In 2012, another factory DONGGUAN KALUN ELECTRONICS Co., Ltd was established. Which professional engaged in research, manufacture of solenoid pumps and solenoid valves, which have obtained the certificate of TUV, LFGB, CE and CQC.
Our existing independent plant 12000 square meters, the annual output of about 100 million.
After Many Years of development and growth, we have now become a number of world-renowned brands of accessories' supplier and strategic partners.
Now we have the following equipment: Injection molding machines, high- speed presses, automated production machines, printing and hot stamping machine, pneumatic presses and riveting presses, ultrasonic welding machine, laser machines. Mold processing equipment: Precision Sodick wire walking machine, sparks machine, cutting, grinding machines, lathes, milling, drilling, EDM drilling machines. Testing equipment: RoHS detector, hexavalent chromium tester, Vickers hardness tester, Pressure/Insulation resistance tester, contact resistance tester, image-based mapping instrument, projectors, elasticity coefficient tester, push pull test, torque tester, automated testing machine products, as well as life test, salt spray test, the ball pressure test, resistance to tracking index test, the glow-wire test, drop test, Vibration test, etc.The laboratory has been reviewed and authorized by UL and DEKRA certification companies,and can conduct cocregular confirmation inspection, UL routine sampling tests, and KEMA/ENEC&CB certification tests. our company has a constantly improving product design and development team,with mature and stable production and manufacturing , inspection and testing, and quality control capablities from mold making, stamping, injection molding, pad printing,automated production to combination assembly.Our company has registered the BAOKEZHEN and the CNKALUN trademark.
